Gluten

Postby boilermom77 » Fri Jul 02, 2010 10:16 am

In April you diagnosed that i was sensitive to gluten, soy & eggs. After eliminating these things from my diet I have been feeling worse. You e-mailed that I can expect this because my body is having symptoms of withdrawal from the foods that I have eliminated from my diet. How long will this withdrawal last? I am still not feeling well. I get weak and shaky easily. I didn't feel this way before the diet.

Also, what happens if, despite my best efforts, I eat some gluten or eggs or soy? Does this cause a big setback? If it is only a tiny bit does that make a difference in recovery of the small intestine?
